If you thrive at the intersection of strategy and execution, this is your opportunity to lead enablement excellence and drive revenue growth at LogicMonitor.

Here's a closer look at this key role:

GTM Enablement Strategy & Leadership
  • Develop and execute a unified enablement strategy for all GTM roles (AE, SE, BDR/SDR, Channel, Sales Leadership), aligned to customer journey stages and core sales motions.
  • Build scalable, role-specific enablement frameworks that reduce ramp time, increase product fluency, and drive consistent pipeline generation.
  • Partner with leaders across Revenue, Marketing, Product, and Ops to ensure enablement programs support business priorities and adapt to evolving market needs.
Program Development & Delivery
  • Design scalable data-driven onboarding and continuous learning programs tailored to GTM roles and regional needs.
  • Lead the planning and execution of Sales Kickoffs (SKOs), product launches, and field readiness initiatives aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Integrate modern sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, Command of the Message) into training and enablement programs.
Content & Learning Design
  • Oversee the development and governance of enablement content, including playbooks, battlecards, talk tracks, and role-based frameworks grounded in customer and deal insights.
  • Apply adult learning theory and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE) to deliver scalable, outcome-oriented learning experiences across diverse formats.
  • Manage enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot, Seismic, Mindtickle) to ensure content accuracy, accessibility, and alignment with GTM strategy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Serve as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, Channel, Product, and L&D teams to drive alignment and effective execution.
  • Champion change management and promote adoption of enablement initiatives across global field teams.
  • Embed enablement into the product release and campaign lifecycle to ensure timely readiness and performance support.
Performance Measurement & Optimization
  • Define enablement success metrics and build dashboards to track enablement impact on revenue performance (e.g., time-to-ramp, win rates, content utilization).
  • Leverage sales performance data, learner analytics, and stakeholder feedback to continuously iterate and optimize enablement programs.
What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Learning and Development, or a related field; graduate degree strongly preferred.
  • Certifications in instructional design, adult learning, and sales methodology preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in sales and channel enablement, with a strong focus on SaaS or cloud-based B2B environments.
  • Proven ability to scale global enablement programs in high-growth or hyper-scale organizations.
  • Advanced expertise in instructional design, content development, and adult learning theory.
  • Strong command of enterprise sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN) and their application in SaaS go-to-market motions.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering high-impact global SKOs, product launches, and enablement programs that drive measurable results.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and program management skills.
  • Deep experience with tools like Highspot, Seismic, Mindtickle, or similar enablement and learning platforms.
