ABOUT VURVEY LABS
Vurvey Labs is where frontier intelligence meets real human experience. Our core product, Freckle, allows organizations to move beyond what people say, building People Models that capture how they actually think, feel, and behave. By blending advanced AI simulations with real-world validation, we help major global brands and agency partners co-create deeply with their audiences.

Why Join Us:

  • Category-Defining Work: You aren't just maintaining legacy systems; you're actively ensuring that real human voices remain central to AI. Your work lands directly in the hands of global industry leaders.
  • A Unified, Autonomous Team: We believe in small, cross-functional teams where researchers, engineers, and strategists work in one seamless loop. You will always see the big picture and own your piece of the puzzle.
  • Driven by Connection: We prioritize genuine human connection in everything we do. We are intentional about how we collaborate, fostering a culture of transparency, trust, and deep respect for the people behind the work.

About the Role

Our Solutions team owns the full arc of enterprise client relationships—operating across executive pre-sales pitching, strategic program scoping, global research operations, high-impact AI product builds, and productization feedback loops. In this executive-level role, you will lead these major efforts, partnering directly with sales leadership to translate complex, ambiguous enterprise challenges into structured, deliverable programs of work. You will provide the overarching strategic vision, domain credibility, and cross-functional leadership from initial C-suite pitch conversations through final, scaled delivery.

As the Director of Growth Operative in an AI-first organization, you will oversee a portfolio of end-to-end AI product deliveries and manage cross-functional teams, shepherding enterprise solutions such as custom agents, synthetic populations, and bespoke client portals. By bridging advanced research execution with platform innovation, you will ensure long-term client success, drive strategic revenue growth, and champion the productization of recurring enterprise use cases to standardize across our core product organization.

What you'll do:

  • Drive Enterprise Expansion: Partner with executive sales leadership on major pitches, steer complex RFP/RFI strategies, and uncover large-scale expansion opportunities within key enterprise accounts.
  •  Architect Strategic Programs: Translate ambiguous enterprise challenges into structured, high-value programs of work, dictating delivery models, strategic use cases, and long-horizon roadmaps while mentoring the broader solutions team.
  • Oversee Global Research: Direct qualitative research operations at scale, commanding global respondent sourcing, complex data collection strategies, rate negotiations, and top-tier panel engagement.
  • Champion AI Innovation: Lead the design and quality assurance of bespoke AI builds—including custom agents, automated workflows, and client portals—ensuring benchmark output and rigorous quality across all team portfolios.
  • Direct Portfolio Execution: Manage comprehensive program tracking, schedules, and dependencies in Jira, guiding senior stakeholders through executive workshops and ensuring lean, high-margin operational delivery across the department.
  • Scale Product Solutions: Empower reseller and agency partners for independent delivery while aggressively advocating for the productization of high-value, recurring AI use cases and leading cross-functional AI initiatives.

What you'll bring:

  • 8–12 years of experience in consumer insights, market research, strategy consulting, or a senior client-facing solutions role within fast-paced startup environments, with a proven track record of team leadership.
  • Advanced technical expertise in global qualitative research frameworks, complex data collection methodologies, and enterprise-level respondent panel management.
  • Deep AI/LLM product fluency with a proven ability to evaluate complex prompt engineering, benchmark output quality, and optimize workflow responses at an enterprise scale.
  • Executive-level operational proficiency in tracking dependencies, resource allocation, and managing overlapping, multi-stage client engagements using Jira and other project management systems.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the executive presence and confidence to advise C-suite enterprise stakeholders and build consensus across internal cross-functional teams.
