As the Director of Growth Operations, you will sit at the center of Virta's growth engine, overseeing the execution of multi-channel campaigns that reach millions of potential members. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend high-level strategy with operational excellence, partnering directly with leaders of Finance, Client Growth, Content, and Lifecycle to scale our impact. You will be the architect of our marketing "Operating System," ensuring that our mission to reverse metabolic disease is supported by world-class demand forecasting and flawless execution.
ResponsibilitiesLead S&OP forecasting and demand signal modeling to align member growth with capacity.
Oversee end-to-end execution of millions of monthly marketing touchpoints across email, direct mail, and SMS.
Build and maintain the marketing "Operating System" to standardize campaign playbooks, pull opportunistic levers, and manage cross-functional guardrails.
Manage vendor partnerships and marketing infrastructure to optimize cost-per-touchpoint and scale output cost-effectively.
Directly lead and coach the Growth Operations team while guiding dedicated analytics resources.
Within your first 90 days at Virta, we expect you will do the following:
Audit current campaign execution workflows and identify immediate opportunities for process standardization.
Review and optimize S&OP forecasting models in collaboration with Finance and Analytics.
Establish baseline operational metrics for cost-per-touchpoint and campaign QA accuracy.
Align with GM (client) and Innovation (Content/Lifecycle) teams on the core "standard menu" of repeatable campaign plays, as well as the need for custom and opportunistic sends.
8-10+ years of experience in Growth/Marketing Operations or S&OP planning, ideally in health tech or B2B2C.
Advanced mastery of forecasting and analytical modeling using tools like Looker, Sheets, and Salesforce.
Strong grasp of ESP systems like Braze (ours), or Iterable, Hubspot, etc.
Proven track record of executing complex, multi-channel marketing campaigns with absolute precision at scale.
Expertise in turning chaotic workflows into standardized playbooks and managing cross-functional boundaries.
Successfully designed and implemented repeatable AI-enabled workflows that address team bottlenecks and improve efficiency
Technical understanding of data flows and ingestion pipelines, including CDPs that support robust targeting and segmentation.

Virta has a location based compensation structure. Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. For this role, the compensation range is $170,000 to $205,000. Information about Virta’s benefits is on our Careers page at: https://www.virtahealth.com/careers.
