Leads Growth Operations and the marketing operating system, including S&OP forecasting, demand modeling, high-volume multichannel campaign execution, vendor and marketing infrastructure management, workflow standardization, campaign quality, and cost optimization. Analyzes medical and pharmacy claims, translates clinical outcomes into financial value, supports sales and client discussions, evaluates healthcare trends, builds scalable actuarial tools and standards, and mentors actuarial talent.

Manage strategic employer client accounts from onboarding through renewal, retention, and expansion. Deliver data-driven business reviews using clinical outcomes, engagement metrics, and ROI analyses; lead renewal negotiations and upsell discussions; identify risks and growth opportunities; and advise senior HR, benefits, and consultant stakeholders. Collaborate with Clinical, Member Engagement, Analytics, and Commercial teams to improve adoption and client outcomes while independently owning a book of business.

Secure Virta’s cloud-native applications and platform by improving GCP and Kubernetes controls, integrating security into the software lifecycle, automating vulnerability detection and compliance, refining IAM and network security, developing security standards, supporting incident response, and promoting security awareness. The role requires hands-on application security, secure coding, vulnerability management, security testing, Terraform, and Go or Python development experience.

Lead General Ledger, technical accounting, financial reporting, close processes, audits, and US GAAP compliance. Oversee stock compensation, internal controls, accounting policies, and scalable process improvements using automation and AI. Manage and develop a high-performing accounting team, partner cross-functionally, resolve complex accounting matters, and support the company’s growth through accurate, efficient reporting operations.

Lead a senior, autonomous platform engineering squad to accelerate personalized care delivery. Own platform vision, remove cross-team friction, drive AI-native SDLC improvements, and develop senior talent while aligning platform strategy with product roadmaps.

Lead front-end revenue cycle operations: configure client billing, manage charge entry and data contractors, ensure pricing and payer accuracy, run billing tests, apply coding rules (CPT/HCPCS/ICD-10), drive process improvements, and partner with engineering, credentialing, eligibility, and finance to scale implementations and automation.

Lead strategy, growth, and execution for Virta's Public Sector sales segment. Build and develop a national sales team, drive revenue, forecasting, and pipeline health, establish executive relationships with government and labor stakeholders, design scalable operating models, sponsor strategic accounts, and champion AI-enabled workflows and sales best practices to accelerate market expansion and results.

Operate and scale endpoint and identity systems for a distributed Mac fleet; automate IAM and cross-functional workflows (Okta Workflows, RPA); implement PAM and Device Trust; ensure Zero Trust, DLP, and compliance (SOC2, HIPAA, HITRUST); serve as tier-2 on-call escalation and drive cost and operational efficiencies.

Build and own foundational data infrastructure for Member Marketing and Coverage Eligibility: define data contracts, ensure identity and lineage, implement observability and reconciliation, modernize file/API integrations, design for correctness and auditability in regulated workflows, and lead cross-functional delivery and technical standards.

Lead rollout and enablement of an agentic AI platform across departments: deploy and integrate generative AI tools, build cost and usage dashboards, define vendor risk controls, create operational SOPs and training, and bridge IT, security, and engineering to scale safe AI workflows.

Build and maintain scalable Golang microservices powering eligibility, billing, and client APIs. Automate operational workflows, ensure data accuracy and traceability, and deliver self-service tools for finance and operations. Collaborate with data and AI teams to apply AI for validation and anomaly detection. Support cloud deployments and integrate event-driven architectures for reliable data exchange.
