Job Title:Director, Growth Marketing (Affiliates & Partnerships)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Director of Growth Marketing. This role will focus on driving subscriber growth through partnerships, custom integrations, affiliate marketing campaigns and other acquisition marketing channels.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition across a broad range of programs (partnerships & affiliate).
The Director, Growth Marketing position is remote (United States based), with travel to major San Jose and Dallas hubs. We will only consider candidates currently in the United States and are not offering relocation assistance.

About the role: 

  • Partnerships:  You will establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key industry players to enhance brand visibility and drive growth. Collaborate with partners to develop co-marketing initiatives and joint campaigns. 

  • Affiliate Marketing: You will mange and optimize affiliate marketing programs to drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth. Identify and onboard new affiliate partners, ensure partner compliance, and optimize performance to meet bookings and profitability goals. Continuously analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. 

  • Strategy & Operations: You will serve as strategic partner with team leadership in the development and implementation of comprehensive growth marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals. This will include cross functional programs with Analytics, Product and other key stakeholders 

  • Budget Management: You will manage marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and optimize investments to maximize ROAS. Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing daily insights and recommendations for improvement. 

  • Team Leadership: You will lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Provide guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives. 

  • Data Analysis: You will utilize program data, engagement metrics and detailed analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns. Develop and implement testing frameworks to optimize landing page performance, product mix, pricing and drive continuous improvement. 

  • Marketing Technology: You will ensure utilization of available Marketing Technology assets to target high value customers and suppress exposure to existing customers. 

 

About You: 

  • You have 10+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a focus on affiliate marketing, partnerships, and performance marketing channels. 

  • You have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics, including content integration, rewards sites and custom publisher programs. 

  • You have excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making. 

  • You have strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. 

  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. 

  • You have the ability to manage budgets and optimize ROI effectively 

  • You have a results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
