Supporting a culture of continuous improvement that is engaged in ongoing testing to deliver the most relevant sales processes and strategies.

Technology Leadership: Leading overall adoption of the sales tech stack, primarily Salesforce, Gong & Clay, and operating as the key partner for reporting to Finance, Sales, and Leadership, while testing emerging generative AI utilization to improve productivity.

Performance Analytics: Steer and further evolve Monthly / Quarterly Business Reviews and global reporting dashboards to deliver actionable insights on revenue performance, sales cycle efficiency, and pipeline health. Support annual sales compensation planning with data, insight to inform appropriate performance measurements across sales teams. Develop, maintain, and track dashboards to support timely and informed decision-making. Ensure KPIs/metrics used to track the business are consistent across teams and align to broader business initiatives. Identify opportunities to improve sales effectiveness.

Sales Planning: Coordinate cross-functionally to deliver process improvements, playbooks, toolkits, and skills development, and annual global initiatives for territory planning, market expansion, quota setting, and incentive compensation design in collaboration with Finance, HR & Leadership. Serve as a key liaison between Sales, CX, Marketing, Operations, Product, and Finance teams to ensure go-to-market (GTM) readiness.
