Job Description

We need a visionary leader to elevate our Global People Operations & HR Tech—someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and is ready to redefine what excellence looks like in HRIS, employee experience, and global people processes.

Global People Operations

  • Lead and develop the People Operations team, ensuring seamless, efficient, and high-impact employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, promotions, payroll, and exits.
  • Partner cross-functionally to streamline and automate HR processes, enhancing employee experience at scale.
  • Oversee HR data integrity and ensure workflows are optimized across global teams.

HR Tech & Workday Leadership

  • Play a key role in the Workday implementation, ensuring smooth adoption and leveraging AI to drive automation and analytics.
  • Own the People & Talent tech stack—ensuring the right tools, integrations, and innovations support our growth.
  • Enable data-driven decision-making by optimizing reporting, dashboards, and predictive analytics.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Stay ahead of evolving global labor laws and compliance requirements, ensuring Nexthink remains proactive and compliant.
  • Lead reporting and audit processes, mitigating risks related to HR operations and policies

Employee Relations & Workplace Culture

  • Act as the key HR leader for our Madrid team, providing guidance on employee relations and workplace culture.
  • Partner with global People & Talent leaders to drive fair, empathetic, and timely conflict resolution.
  • Foster a culture of transparency, trust, and belonging across Nexthink’s growing workforce.
     

Qualifications

What You Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 7+ years of strategic leadership skills with a track record of leading global HR operations/ shared services and HRIS transformations, ideally in tech or SaaS.
  • Workday & HR tech experience, implementing and optimizing Workday or similar HRIS solutions.
  • People-first approach with strong interpersonal skills, cultural awareness, and a passion for building world-class employee experiences.
  • Data-driven decision making ability to analyze HR metrics, drive insights, and leverage technology for continuous improvement.
  • Change management proficiency and comfortable leading through change in a fast-scaling, dynamic organization.
  • Global mindset, with experience navigating international HR complexities and regulations.
  • Excellent English language skills, communication, negotiation, and influence abilities.
