What you'll do

  • Partner with Legal, Finance, Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, Systems, and Field teams to remove operational bottlenecks and create a seamless partner experience.
  • Develop and manage partner performance frameworks, including attribution models, incentive programs, partner tiering structures, MDF allocation strategies, and ROI measurement.
  • Create and maintain Procore’s partner data strategy, serving as the primary liaison to Data Insights teams and ensuring data integrity, reporting accuracy, and actionable insights.
  • Establish scalable governance processes through standardized scorecards, quarterly business reviews, pipeline review cadences, and executive reporting frameworks.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Enablement and regional leadership teams to scale partner training programs that drive measurable pipeline growth and increased deal velocity.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of operations and program management professionals while serving as a strategic bridge between regional go-to-market teams and Corporate/Product Strategy.
What we're looking for
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 10+ years of professional experience, including at least 3+ years supporting B2B SaaS channel partnerships, alliance programs, or ecosystem partnerships in an operational leadership capacity.
  • Demonstrated experience managing partner operations across multiple partner types, including Cloud, Systems Integrators, VARs/Resellers, ISVs, and Distributors.
  • Proven success leading organizations through operational transformation, including transitioning from foundational program buildout to optimized execution and scale.
  • Strong expertise with Salesforce, Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platforms, and business intelligence or data visualization tools such as Tableau.
  • Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills with a track record of aligning stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Revenue Operations, Product, and Legal teams.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to drive decision-making, improve partner performance, and inform executive-level strategy.
  • Previous SaaS, software, or technology industry experience required; experience within construction technology or complex multi-stakeholder ecosystems is a plus.
