We are seeking an experienced and strategic Global Operations Leader to oversee the global facilities management, real estate portfolio, employee safety and security, and in-office experience across all our locations. This role will ensure operational excellence, optimize workplace experiences, and foster an environment that supports employee well-being. The Global Operations Leader will drive efficiency, safety, and best practices to ensure a world-class workplace environment for all employees. 

What you'll do:

  • Global Facilities Management: Lead and manage all aspects of facilities operations across 20 company offices globally, including building maintenance, infrastructure, space planning, and vendor management. Drive sustainable practices in facilities and operations management, aligning with corporate social responsibility goals.
  • Real Estate Portfolio: Oversee global real estate strategy, including lease renewals, negotiations, space utilization, and optimizing terms to align with business growth and cost-efficiency.
  • Workplace Experience: Champion the creation of inspiring and efficient office spaces that prioritize employee well-being, collaboration, and productivity. Implement policies to enhance in-office experiences.
  • Employee Safety & Security: Develop and implement global safety, health, and security policies, ensuring compliance with local regulations and maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Operational Excellence: Establish and maintain high standards for operational processes, ensuring efficient use of resources, cost management, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with HR, IT, and other departments to ensure cohesive operations and optimal employee experiences.
  • Crisis Management: Lead emergency preparedness and response strategies to safeguard employees and property.
  • Budget Oversight: Develop and manage the global operations budget, identifying areas for cost savings while maintaining a high standard of service.

What you have:

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in global real estate, strategic partnerships and operations in multinational company.
  • Strong understanding of real estate leasing, facilities management, safety, security, and sustainability practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Empathy and a people-first approach, prioritizing employee well-being in every aspect of operations.
  • Demonstrated success in creating efficient processes and driving operational excellence.
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with day-to-day operational execution.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive and hands-on approach to managing challenges.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in facilities management or real estate preferred.
