Dematic is looking for a strategic Global HR Technology & Operations Leader to drive the adoption and optimization of HR systems, lead global HR operations, and ensure process excellence across regions. This role will manage global implementation projects, ensure data integrity, and lead a high-performing international team. The ideal candidate has strong experience in HRIS, HR operations, and large-scale change management. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills are essential.

Tasks and Qualifications:

Your Responsibility: 

HR Technology: 

  • Drive consistent adoption and optimization of HR technology solutions globally, enhancing efficiency and end user experience. 

  • Ensure the needs of the business are well defined, develop effective solutions, and drive successful implementation.  

  • Collaborate across the KION Group to contribute to the development and realization of the HR technology strategy. 

  • Manage implementation projects as required to deliver to the technology landscape of the future.  

  • Lead a talented, global team, ensuring strong solutioning and customer service is in place. 

  • Partner with Workday owners within KION to represent Dematic business requirements and ensure successful implementation.  

  • Foster the growth and development of the HR technology and operations leaders and team members.   

HR Operations: 

  • Collaborate with HR Leadership to continuously evolve the impact of HR Operations. 

  • Implement HR Operations and central services designed for a standardized and efficient delivery of HR operational processes which fully meet local, regional, and global needs.  

  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy in HR systems, driving a high level of confidence in HR data across the organization. 

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within HR functions. 

  • Implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency. 

Collaboration and People Leadership: 

  • Partner with leadership team to implement effective strategies.  

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across the KION organization to align HR strategies with business objectives. 

  • Foster partnerships with business leaders to understand and address HR needs. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative 

Your Skills and Expertise:  

  • Understanding and application of the entire employee lifecycle. Strong experience working across the Human Resources spectrum, including HRIS, HR Analytics, HR Operations.  

  • Ability to build credibility and confidence with a wide variety of leaders as a trusted advisor and confidant. 

  • Advanced large-scale project management and change management experience across global matrices.  

  • Strong communication and presentation skills. 

  • Exceptional customer focus and ability to deliver results. 

  • Excellent influencing skills at all levels in the organization and competence in making timely, effective, principles-based decisions. 

  • Fluent in English 

  • 10+ years of directly applicable Human Resource Leadership experience in a global, fast paced, innovative, engineering / technology company. 

  • Experience working with Senior Leaders around the world. 

  • Experience in driving initiatives, while holding teams accountable. 

  • Experience in building a standardized HR operational model to meet the needs of the HR organization 

  • Advance degree, or equivalent, and relevant direct work experience required.
