The Global Business Solutions (GBS) operates as an extension of our global offices and works very closely with their counterparts in the US and EMEA on diverse nature of services.
We are seeking a high-impact strategic initiative Director to lead and drive transformation and digitization initiatives for increased efficiency and adoption of GBS for Financial Advisory services.
The ideal candidate should have the ability to lead transformational projects, work with global stakeholders, local teams, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional changes in global environments. This role will report to the Head of GBS, India.
Day-to-day responsibilities but not limited to:
Manage team of Financial Advisory services across Transactions Advisory Services, Investment Banking, Tax Services, Fixed Asset Advisory in the shared services based out of multiple locations.
Help in expansion and adoption of offshore services across Global offices in Americas, EMEA and APAC
Spearhead the digitization efforts of the services from GBS, focus on leveraging new age technology and bringing change management in the team
Part of the leadership team to build a strong culture of continuous improvement, technology, new operating models, new services
Develop short, medium, and long-term business plans for the practice with the goal of making Kroll most advanced, efficient, and tech-enabled consulting firm in our space
Assess, consolidate and build strong cross resourcing plans
Recruit top-flight professionals to build leaders of the future
Create a plan to leverage resources in other parts within Kroll
Build productive, collaborative relationships with other practice leaders and work effectively as part of multi-disciplinary teams
Engage in constant innovation to keep Kroll at the cutting edge
Essential Traits:
Significant relevant experience of 15+ years at a senior leadership level in finance and risk advisory, consulting or transformation leadership roles
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree/ CA preferred
Strong reputation and the ability to leverage contacts and drive new business.
Proven leadership ability.
Track record of building and growing global businesses.
Hands-on professional with ability to assemble and lead multidisciplinary teams.
Demonstrated ability to identify and communicate areas in which additional or other services may be beneficial to clients.
Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated computer proficiency and ability to maximize applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to travel, as needed.
