- Responsible for leading the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of firmware verification, validation, and product test across Data Center SSD products.
- Lead Firmware Product and Test Team for Data Center Team in India working closely with global FPT
- Establish validation strategy, execution plan, metrics
- Drives product quality from architecture through development to production release by overseeing firmware test development, validation infrastructure, automation frameworks, failure analysis and qualification readiness.
- Highly collaborative, working with cross functional and cross geography teams
- Own end-to-end firmware verification strategy across enterprise SSD products.
- Ensure comprehensive test coverage for NVMe, security, management, reliability, performance, and customer features.
- Lead validation planning from requirements through qualification and release.
- Drive adoption of white-box, gray-box, and black-box testing methodologies.
- Ensure alignment between architecture, firmware design, and validation requirements.
- 15+ years in firmware, storage, validation, or product test engineering.
- Drive excution excellence with Artificial Intelligence, leveraging tool and capabilities for end to end workflows
