This is a remote position.

Intelehealth seeks a strategic fundraising leader to strengthen and scale its domestic funding base through corporate social responsibility (CSR), foundation grants, and high-net-worth individual (HNI) partnerships. In this role, you will drive Intelehealth's fundraising strategy in India's rapidly expanding CSR ecosystem—where healthcare and digital health solutions are priority sectors for corporates, foundations, and philanthropies aligned with the Indian Government's digital health framework

You will develop deep relationships with CSR heads of India's largest corporations, family offices, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, translating Intelehealth's impact into compelling funding opportunities. This position is critical to scaling last-mile healthcare access and positioning Intelehealth as the go-to partner for CSR investments in digital health innovation. You will report directly to the Chief Strategy and Growth Officer and collaborate closely with program, impact, and marketing teams to ensure every partnership delivers measurable outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. CSR Fundraising & Pipeline Development

  • Identify, research, and approach corporate CSR programs, foundations, and HNI networks aligned with healthcare, women's health, rural development, and digital innovation.

  • Map CSR trends, allocation patterns, and budget cycles across India's top 200 corporates and key mid-market companies.

  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of minimum 30 CSR prospects at various stages of engagement, targeting an annual CSR fundraising target of ₹5 crore.

  • Conduct competitive analysis to understand funder priorities, geographic preferences, impact metrics, and co-funding opportunities.

2. Partnership Development & Relationship Management

  • Build authentic, long-term relationships with CSR heads, CXOs, sustainability officers, and decision-makers across corporate, family office, and philanthropic ecosystems.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all CSR and major donor partnerships, ensuring responsiveness, transparency, and alignment with organizational goals.

  • Conduct quarterly stakeholder reviews, gather feedback, and address partner concerns proactively to foster repeat funding and increased commitments.

  • Maintain a CRM database (HubSpot or similar) with complete prospect profiles, interaction history, funding status, and next steps.

3. Proposal Development & Strategic Pitching

  • Craft compelling, data-driven CSR proposals and grant applications tailored to each funder's priorities, geography focus, and impact metrics.

  • Align proposals with Companies Act Schedule VII compliance (CSR rules, CSR-1 registration requirements) and NITI Aayog's digital health roadmap.

  • Lead or co-lead investor pitches, presentations, and site visits; adapt messaging for different stakeholder groups (corporate boards, foundations, HNI advisors).

  • Develop case studies, impact briefs, and storytelling assets that showcase Intelehealth's scale and innovation in digital health.

4. Donor Stewardship & Impact Communication

  • Deliver timely, outcome-focused reports, impact dashboards, and updates to CSR partners quarterly or as required by partnership agreements.

  • Coordinate with program and impact teams to ensure project execution aligns with donor expectations and CSR compliance timelines.

  • Facilitate site visits, beneficiary engagement sessions, and impact documentation to strengthen donor confidence and emotional connection.

  • Manage donor recognition initiatives and ensure compliance with CSR reporting deadlines and regulatory filings.

5. Marketing & Brand Elevation Collaboration

  • Partner with marketing and communications teams to ensure Intelehealth's digital health mission, scale, and innovation are prominently featured in:

    • LinkedIn content and thought leadership articles.

    • Website case studies and partnership spotlights.

    • Annual impact reports and CSR-focused collateral.

  • Support content creation for CSR funders (success stories, beneficiary testimonials, impact metrics) that differentiate Intelehealth from competitors.

  • Collaborate on webinars, roundtables, and speaking opportunities at CSR forums and health tech summits to build organizational credibility.

6. Compliance, Systems & Analytics

  • Ensure all CSR partnerships comply with India's Companies Act, 2013, NITI Aayog CSR-1 registration, and relevant tax regulations.

  • Monitor CSR spending trends, funder preferences, and regulatory changes; adapt fundraising strategy accordingly.

  • Generate monthly fundraising dashboards tracking pipeline value, conversion rates, partnership milestones, and annual targets.

  • Maintain organized proposal tracking and archive for future reference and institutional learning.
