Job Description Summary:

This leadership role will be critical to ensuring smooth translation of BP strategies into execution plans with clear KBIs, joint routines and integrated roadmap.
What You’ll Do for Us:
 
Operationalize the plan

  • Prepare and own the common performance scorecard for the region & lead setting and monitoring of right KBIs for all critical initiatives
  • Work with Franchise Operations to ensure that all initiatives activated in market are fully optimized, leveraging best practice execution and in-store activation, and maximizing the opportunity. 
  • Work with Franchise Operations, Marketing, C&CL, bottler to ensure that all initiatives achieve the specified KPIs, working closely with involved functions and bottler. 
  • Support execution of integrated consumer, shopper and commercial plans based on BP/ System mitigation/ acceleration agreement collaborating with System partners
  • Provide value-added consumer/ shopper, trade, competition and general country information (media scene, etc).  
  • Support key system routines that will enable efficient and fast decision-making to drive forward the plan. 

Opportunity Identification & Implementation

  • Support the identification of incremental revenue & volume, channel/customer opportunities (by country, by brand, by channel by package, by consumption occasion, by beverage category) that will enable the business to grow ahead of market and competition in the short or longer term.
  • Work with networked resources (RGM, Marketing, Ecommerce, etc.) and Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Co. to develop and implement programs that capitalize on identified opportunities, including definition of clear KPIs.
  • Ensure an understanding of full competitive landscape having full overview & implications for us and our system in the short and longer term.

Lead/Support Strategic Projects

  • Support key projects of system from TCCC side that have big impact for today or tomorrow (tax implementation plans, new RTM, models, etc…)
  • Help define opportunities for segmented execution and collaborate with the bottler on developing plans that capture this incremental revenue and profit opportunity.
  • Work together with partners on specific local customer opportunities and on way forward.
  • Lead the execution of occasion-based marketing toolkits which should include state of the art designed and innovative racks, point of sale material and coolers with a clearly defined picture of success.
  • Management and business development of McDonald's key account for the country.

Qualification & Requirements:

  • 8+ years of Business and/or functional experience in Operation/Marketing/Commercial
  • Commercial knowledge (shopper marketing, channel strategy, customer management, negotiations and local market understanding)
  • Marketing skills: knowledge of brand strategy, consumer communication and marketing plans
  • Proven experience at managing complex and challenging projects
  • Proven experience at working with bottler
  • Must have good ability to identify patterns from data and to identify drivers and conclusions.
  • Must have solid understanding of portfolio management, identification of opportunities for growth & priority setting within expanded framework of responsibilities
  • Must have strong ability to transfer strategies into execution plans
  • Must assess local external business environment (government regulation, taxes, inflation, devaluation, political instability, competition and advise action plans

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; influential skills
  • Ability to build and leverage relationships with key business partners, comfortable in working with senior leaders

Travel requirements:

  • 5-10% of travel required
