Job Requisition ID #
Position Overview
Autodesk is building the Forma Industry Cloud, a next-generation solution that is redefining how the built environment is designed, delivered, and operated. Forma represents a fundamental shift: from files to granular data, from silos to hyper collaboration, and from traditional BIM to outcome-driven workflows powered by AI. It brings together people, processes, and intelligence across the architecture, engineering, construction, and operations (AECO) ecosystem to help the industry work smarter, faster, and more sustainably.
We are seeking a Director, Forma Industry Strategy to drive the strategy for the Forma Industry Cloud and lead its go-to-market (GTM) direction. This role calls for a strong strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves. You will draw on both qualitative and quantitative data to capture insights and translate them into a clear point of view on where Forma should go and why. You will lead a talented strategy team that is still early in its journey, and act as a trusted partner to product, sales, marketing, customer success, and industry leadership.
A core part of this role is being a strong evangelist for Forma, both inside Autodesk and externally with customers, partners, and the wider industry. You will work closely with the Forma design product team to keep strategy grounded in the product and how customers use it. You will also bring a broad skill set and proven experience managing senior stakeholders across many teams. Because the work spans regions, this role must be able to support both European and US time zones.
