AnswersNow is looking for an analytical, strategic, and executive-minded Director of Forecast and Scheduling to build, lead, and optimize the operational engine behind our national clinician network. Sitting at the critical intersection of commercial growth and clinical delivery, you will own the capacity planning strategy that translates rapid demand into predictive, rock-solid clinician staffing models.
This is a high-impact leadership role requiring a master of workforce data who can build repeatable playbooks for state expansions, protect operational gross margins, and seamlessly align clinician capacity with complex insurance credentialing and revenue cycle timelines.

Job Requirements
Advanced Capacity Leadership: 6+ years of workforce management (WFM), capacity planning, or supply/demand modeling experience, with a proven track record of leading analytical personnel.
Healthcare RCM & Credentialing Fluency: Direct experience navigating provider credentialing pipelines, insurance payer billing frameworks, and utilization metrics within a telehealth or clinical setting.
Launch & Scale Execution: Proven success building resource allocation frameworks or capacity playbooks for geographic expansions, new market entries, or new business line rollouts.
Executive-Level Analytics: Mastery of predictive modeling (Excel/Google Sheets, BI reporting, or SQL data architectures) with the ability to translate complex marketplace data into strategic executive recommendations.
What You’ll Do
Own Executive Capacity Strategy: Translate top-of-funnel Marketing and Partnerships demand projections into highly accurate, state-by-state BCBA headcount requirements and predictive recruitment triggers.
Enforce Strict RCM & Credentialing Alignment: Serve as the strategic bridge to our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and Credentialing teams; map out state-specific billing codes, payer rules, and credentialing lead times to eliminate unbillable provider idle time.
Standardize Rollout Playbooks: Design and execute repeatable operational playbooks for new state launches and programmatic expansions, utilizing data-driven market triggers to dictate when to scale clinician capacity.
Lead Scheduling Operations & Tech Infrastructure: Direct and develop the Forecasting and Scheduling Analyst team while architecting the predictive reporting dashboards and BI infrastructure needed to maximize network utilization.

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Operations, Statistics, Healthcare Administration, Mathematics, or related field
- Advanced degree
- 6+ years experience in workforce planning, forecasting, scheduling, capacity planning, operations analytics, or related function
- 2+ years of people leadership
- Experience building forecasting models, staffing plans, and schedules using historical trends and productivity assumptions
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and turn analysis into operational recommendations
- Experience with capacity planning, utilization analysis, coverage modeling, and schedule optimization
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience with BI/reporting tools and planning systems
- Familiarity with SQL, WFM platforms, and analytics tooling
- Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, including presenting to senior leadership
- Experience in healthcare, telehealth, contact center, or service-delivery environments with variable demand
- Ability to balance business performance with client and clinician experience
