Your Next Career Opportunity – Director, Financial Applications
The Director, Financial Applications, is responsible for leading the strategy, architecture, modernization, delivery, and ongoing governance of the company's enterprise financial applications and ERP platforms. This role provides both leadership and deep technical direction across financial systems, application architecture, integration design, platform lifecycle management, controls, compliance support, and business process enablement. The Director works closely with Finance, Accounting, Enterprise Architecture, Information Security, Infrastructure, Data & Analytics, Internal Audit, Digital Transformation, and other business and technology leaders to ensure financial application platforms are secure, scalable, integrated, supportable, and aligned with business objectives. The role leads and mentors employees, contractors, and technology partners responsible for delivering, supporting, and evolving enterprise financial application capabilities.
What You Will Do – Primary Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, architecture, modernization, and lifecycle management of enterprise financial applications and ERP platforms.
- Define and govern application, solution, integration, and security architecture standards supporting the financial systems portfolio.
- Develop and maintain a multi-year financial applications and ERP technology roadmap aligned with business priorities, enterprise architecture standards, operational objectives, and digital transformation strategies.
- Partner with Finance and business stakeholders to evaluate opportunities for process optimization, automation, operational efficiency, and application modernization.

- Partner with Information Security, Risk Management, and Internal Audit organizations to ensure financial application platforms are designed, implemented, and operated in alignment with enterprise security requirements, governance frameworks, regulatory obligations, and control expectations.
- Support management of SOX-related controls, segregation of duties requirements, audit activities, access governance processes, and remediation initiatives within the financial applications environment.
- Establish and maintain technical standards, operational controls, documentation expectations, support models, and service management practices.
- Develop architectural designs and communicate recommendations effectively to technical teams, business stakeholders, executive leadership, and external partners.
