The Growth Channels finance director within the Commercial finance team partners with Senior Vice President, Sales Growth Channels to drive sustainable profit growth and deliver on financial commitments. The leader must monitor the execution and/or adaptation of activities to react to a changing external environment, focus on resource and cost optimization, and ensure an atmosphere of compliance and controls. The individual is responsible for managing three finance managers. The role sits on the growth channels leadership team and will manage finance planning and performance management team/activities and related financial decisions including strategic plan and annual contract planning/forecasting, target development, financial performance reporting/analysis, financial modeling and decision support for Growth Channels Sales team.

You will:
- Partner with the business providing critical financial perspective and insight into business strategies and decisions. You will also monitor and adjust execution of actions.
- Drive a strong controls and compliance environment at Mondelēz International. You will also ensure that policies are understood in the organization and that proper controls and compliance are in place.
- Drive for harmonization, efficiency and improvements to ways of working and build a mindset of continuous improvement within the Finance team.
- Contribute to building a high-performing Finance team. You will also recruit and develop Finance talent and drive our Finance talent agenda with a focus on the region/business unit pipeline.
- Business building analysis including customer profitability and partnership in trade efficiency and effectiveness.
- Report and analyze KPIs including metrics covering revenue tracking, trade spending, and profitability.
- Assess, recommend, and initiate action plans to address risks and opportunities for CBT and customer performance.
- Play an integral role in the preparation of internal/external presentations and ongoing appraisal of customer plans.
- Provide advice and counsel on trade spending policies and procedures. Proactively ensure on-going trade policy compliance through quarterly trade scrubs and monthly trade spending reporting.
- Responsible for all financial aspects related to Growth Channels. Own the financial planning and performance management of the channel and related budgets (trade, overheads), including annual contract planning / forecasting, target development, decision support, business proposals, and reporting.

Salary and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $142,700 to $235,455; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results and eligibility to participate in our long-term incentive program. In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time. Some of these benefits have eligibility requirements. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.
