Job Summary
This position is responsible for the oversight and direction of CSG business and financial operations. This role oversees the affiliate funding from Children's Hospital of Wisconsin and the annual budgets of the specialty practice’s clinical divisions. In addition, serves as the CSG link to the MCW CFO, MCW Office of Faculty Compensation and the MCW Budget and Accounting offices. Role is responsible for the oversight and the development of financial pro-formas for new business development, including regional development. Is the administrative leader for the CSG Finance Committee, oversees the CSG Practice workforce plan and supports Division Chiefs and Administrative leadership with tools to access workforce demands, efficient allocation of resources and optimization of charge capture. Facilitates with CHW and MCW leadership the alignment of business planning and financial stewardship.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Healthcare Administration required.
- Master's Degree preferred.
- 7+ years of financial healthcare experience including 4 years of management level experience required.
- Experience in an academic environment with responsibility for financial management, financial analysis, board level reporting and partnership across matrix relationships preferred.
- Leadership competencies including managing work processes and systems, organizational agility, approachability, and business acumen.
- Demonstrated solid understanding of the healthcare industry, planning and financial management.
- Demonstrated success in working across organizations, in complex organizations and healthcare.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven facilitation skills.
