As the Director of Frontend (FE) Global Supply and Capital Planning at PROCT, you will be part of the FE Central Planning arm, overseeing the Global Frontend Fabs Supply and Capital Plan for the business planning horizon. Your role involves supervising and developing a globally distributed team, optimizing the Fab supply and capital plan through scenario studies and robust capital processes.

Collaboration with various departments and connecting various parts of the business is essential to drive towards objectives. You will also be required to provide direction and guidance for complex projects to achieve specific business goals while ensuring balanced allocation of resources. A high level of business acumen, accurate design of studies and tracking of projects to predict results and outcomes is critical to success.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Establishing your organization and developing your team across the global network; build up, train and enable the collaboration across all stakeholders including but not limited to central teams, the fabs, TD, supply chain, finance.
  • Being able to visualize and competency in understanding of the Micron Budget to Supply Plan and eventual execution on the Plan to handoff capex plan to the sites.
  • Lead optimization of the supply and capital plan through scenario studies and collaboration with S&OP, Fab, Finance to achieve various business objectives improve company financial position
  • Coordinate, lead, and provide analysis in executive and business management forums to drive alignment to strategy
  • Monitor and manage any risks and opportunities to the Frontend supply plan
  • Provide guidance on FE supply plan for FE Fab quarterly business plan
  • Manage Capital ledger for Frontend Manufacturing and the roll up to overall company capital expenditure
  • Lead FE Capital management to ensure effective use of capital resources
  • Support the global assessment process of current and future needs, and benchmarking
  • Guides functional services with peer group and internal global partners.
  • Communicate with Fab and external stakeholders to support business processes and drive continuous improvement

  • Knowledge of Planning systems, applications, computer and Microsoft office skills.
  • Understanding of existing CoO and NPV tools and templates without guidance for complex situations. 
  • The ability to work closely with others in a team environment.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge and practical application of statistics, data analysis and problem solving.
