The Director IS Enterprise Systems provides strategic and operational leadership for key enterprise business and workflow platforms, including ERP, Service Management, RPA, and other non-clinical systems that may be assigned as business dictates. This role is accountable for all aspects of technology management, including but not limited to platform ownership, lifecycle management, vendor coordination, upgrades, integrations, data flow support, release governance, testing, production support, and ongoing optimization.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Must be willing to travel to come onsite to various locations within Indiana for occasional leadership meetings.
Lead the strategy, management, and operational support of enterprise systems including Workday (ERP), ServiceNow (Service Management), UiPath (RPA), and other assigned business or app platforms.
Establish and maintain platform roadmaps, lifecycle plans, support models, governance processes, and operational standards for assigned systems. Work closely with program managers and PMO to deliver on enterprise priorities and projects.
Provide oversight to team managers on operational management of platform upgrades, releases, patches, regression testing, production readiness, issue resolution, and post-release support.
Provide leadership for the enterprise RPA/automation platform and center of excellence, including intake, prioritization, standards, development support, testing, deployment, monitoring, and production support.
Manage relationship with software platform vendors, implementation partners, managed service providers for licensing considerations, contract deliverables, customer success, and vendor performance.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Business, Healthcare Management, Information Systems, or related field - Required
Master's Degree Computer Science, Business, Healthcare Management, Information Systems, or related field - Preferred
7 years Progressive experience leading enterprise systems, business platforms, SaaS applications, ERP systems, IT service management platforms, automation platforms, or related technology portfolios. - Required
5 years Platform lifecycle management, vendor management, budgets/contracts, release management, upgrades, testing, integrations, operational support, and production stability across Workday, ServiceNow or comparable enterprise systems. - Required
3 years Knowledge of enterprise integrations, data flows, APIs, identity and access considerations, platform security, environment management, and support models. - Required
3 years Operational business experience in Human Resources, Supply Chain, Finance, Service Management, or related domains. - Preferred
3 years ITIL, Agile, Scrum, DevOps, product management, automation governance, or platform operating models in a shared services/IT environment. - Preferred
3 years Healthcare, highly regulated industry, or large enterprise experience with exposure and understanding of HIPAA and related PHI/PII regulatory requirements. - Preferred
