Are you a results-driven sales leader with a passion for building strong client relationships and driving revenue growth in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? We’re seeking a Director, Enterprise Sales to be a leader within our enterprise sales team, with a focus on owning and expanding our accounting vertical along with key legal accounts within the payments space.
In this role, you’ll develop and execute strategies to grow our enterprise client base, maximize revenue opportunities, and establish our leadership position in the accounting and legal payments industry. As a key member of the team focused on the enterprise accounting and legal segment,, you will build long-term partnerships with key stakeholders, position our solutions as essential tools for success, and foster innovation that aligns with the needs of accounting and legal professionals.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve corporate revenue objectives for enterprise sales. Lead by example and foster a high-performance sales culture.
- Build a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, lead generation, and business development. Implement processes to accurately forecast and manage pipeline progression.
- Cultivate deep relationships with key enterprise accounts, acting as an advisor and partner. Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities, expanding relationships to increase revenue.
- Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to strategically position the company’s products and solutions to potential customers.
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment of messaging, product fit, and customer satisfaction.
- Regularly track and report on key sales metrics and performance against targets. Use data-driven insights to make adjustments and continuously optimize strategies.
About You:
- 3+ years of experience selling to C-level executives in the legal and accounting market segments, with preferred experience in payments or integrated fintech solutions.
- 5+ years of success in SaaS or technology sales, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in complex enterprise environments.
- Proven ability to craft and execute successful sales strategies for the accounting and legal verticals, driving measurable results.
- Demonstrated success in achieving revenue growth.
- A track record of building, managing, and motivating high-performance sales teams to exceed targets.
- Strong commitment to understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions to drive business outcomes.
- Data-driven with the ability to analyze sales performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and take actionable steps to achieve targets
- Ability to build cross-functional relationships and align stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
- Exceptional presentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- High EQ with a team-first attitude and the ability to thrive in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
- Adaptable and eager to pivot as business needs evolve.
- Willingness to travel 30-40% to client sites and conferences.
