- Build and manage project and portfolio governance — milestones, dependencies, budgets, risks, and change control
- Bring structure to ambiguity by organizing backlogs, aligning priorities, identifying trade-offs, and resolving cross-team conflicts
- Use data and insights to track performance, forecast delivery, and guide executive decision-making
- Ensure business requirements are clearly defined, documented, and effectively translated into technical solutions
- Serve as a primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT to ensure alignment, communication, and successful delivery
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement across programs and teams
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years in PMO/program management with experience delivering enterprise-level, cross-functional initiatives
- Proven success leading or building PMO organizations in a high-growth or transformation environment
- Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies, with the ability to apply the right delivery pattern to the right type of work
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, and project/portfolio reporting platforms
