Position Description:
We are seeking an experienced Director of Enterprise Application Engineering to lead and drive our Enterprise Systems Engineering team. This role is critical in overseeing the development, implementation, and optimization of enterprise solutions, ensuring seamless integration across systems, and leading a high-performing team of engineers. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in software development, architecture, and enterprise integrations, combined with proven leadership skills to build scalable, secure, and future-ready systems.

Jaipur/Gurugram

What We’re Looking For
  • 12+ years of leadership experience in software engineering.

  • Strong expertise in software development within CRM applications (Salesforce preferred).

  • Proven experience with ERP applications (Dynamics F&O preferred).

  • Robust experience in cloud environments such as Azure or AWS.

  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado, Azure DevOps).

  • Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and data synchronization strategies.

  • Experience with Agile methodologies, project planning, and sprint execution.

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

With a side of (Additional Skills):

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Integration Architect, Platform Developer II) are a plus.

  • Microsoft Azure certifications are a plus.

  • Lead a team of developers and integration engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and performance management.

  • Build and implement repeatable engineering and SDLC processes aligned with agile software development standards.

  • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of enterprise software solutions, ensuring best practices and scalable declarative development.

  • Collaborate closely with product management, designers, and other stakeholders to align business requirements with technical deliverables.

  • Drive engineering excellence by enforcing coding standards, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring scalable solutions.

  • Work with product owners and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into secure, compliant, and efficient technical solutions.

  • Continuously assess new features, integration tools, and automation technologies to improve scalability and efficiency.

  • Plan and oversee project execution, ensuring on-time delivery, resource optimization, and proactive risk management.
