Join Our Team
At Four Seasons Hotels Bogotá, two of the brand’s newest openings in South America, we are looking for a Director of Sales who shares a passion for excellence, a strategic mindset, and inspiring leadership. This position reports directly to the General Manager and plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing the hotel’s commercial strategy.

Requirement: Candidates must hold a valid Colombian work visa or work permit to be eligible for this position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the commercial sales strategy for both group and individual business, aligned with the Marketing Plan objectives.

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently exceed performance goals.

  • Ensure achievement of all departmental objectives, including those of Sales Managers and Executives.

  • Integrate sales strategies with market demand trends to optimize revenue per available room.

  • Identify and maximize revenue opportunities across all assigned outlets within the hotel.

  • Analyze and interpret market trends to ensure sustainable and profitable business results.

  • Negotiate key contracts to maximize revenue potential while maintaining the highest levels of guest satisfaction.

  • Oversee all sales initiatives across rooms, groups, events, and corporate segments.

  • Design and implement innovative, proactive solutions to address commercial challenges.

  • Partner with the Director of Marketing to establish annual sales goals, incentive plans, and strategies to achieve them.

  • Monitor performance reports, key metrics, and evaluations, taking corrective or reinforcing actions when necessary.

  • Coordinate revenue management strategies, including pricing, availability, and space allocation.

  • Represent the hotel in trade shows, sales missions, and other key industry events.

  • Maintain strong communication with the Marketing and Public Relations teams to ensure brand consistency and business alignment.

  • Support the ongoing development and training of the sales team, ensuring clear structures, defined roles, and efficient processes.
