Reports to: VP Customer Success and Growth
Location: Afek Industrial Park, Rosh Ha'ayin
What will you do?
The Director of Customer Success responsible for the end-to-end leadership of Kornit’s Apollo program and strategic customer portfolio. This is a pivotal leadership role, directly impacting product success, customer satisfaction, recurring revenue, and long-term growth. You will lead a team of about 9 people, ensure world-class execution, field expertise, and deep partnership with Kornit’s largest and most complex customers globally.
What will you do?
● Lead Apollo Program: Own end-to-end success of Apollo deployments, onboarding, stabilization, and ongoing growth for global customers.
● Strategic Account Management: Manage Kornit’s most valuable and complex customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
● Cross-Functional Leadership: Align with field teams, R&D, Product, and regional leaders to ensure smooth execution and rapid issue resolution.
● Enablement & Training: Drive scalable onboarding, certification, and knowledge sharing for Apollo internally and with customers.
● Drive Adoption & Value: Accelerate product adoption, maximize customer value, and turn insights into actionable improvements.
● Executive Reporting: Monitor and report on key program metrics, risks, and opportunities to Kornit leadership.
Requirements
What should you have?
- 8+ years in Customer Success, Program Management, or Technical/Commercial leadership roles within global B2B technology (hardware/software/SaaS/industrial solutions).
- Leading customer success teams
- 5+ years managing large programs, strategic accounts, or high-value customer relationships.
- Experience with capital equipment products - significant advantage
- Proven track record of leading complex deployments, driving adoption, and delivering customer value at scale.
- Experience in cross-functional leadership, working with Customer Success, Product, R&D, Regional Sales/Support, and field teams.
- Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to process improvement, KPI tracking, and reporting.
- Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and executive presence.
