The Demand Generation Manager identifies and develops high-value demand generators across apparel, textile, e-commerce, promotional, entertainment, sports, and consumer markets. Responsibilities include building executive relationships, creating business cases for Kornit solutions, developing strategic partnerships, converting prospects into qualified sales opportunities, managing Salesforce pipeline data, forecasting activity, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with sales, marketing, product, and applications teams. Extensive travel to customers, prospects, partners, and industry events is required.

Provides comprehensive administrative support to executives, including calendar and meeting coordination, travel arrangements, expense handling, agenda and meeting-material preparation, and departmental assistance. The role requires strong organization, multitasking, prioritization, communication, discretion, service orientation, and flexibility in a global corporate environment.

Support global subsidiaries with accounting, tax, and financial reporting matters; develop and enforce accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls; assist with M&A integration and due diligence; collaborate across finance and corporate departments; and coordinate with external auditors and advisors. The role prepares U.S. GAAP financial statements and provides accurate, timely financial and managerial reports.

Lead Kornit Digital’s global SOX compliance program, including risk assessments, ICFR walkthroughs, controls testing, remediation, and ITGC oversight. Manage outsourced internal audits and coordinate with external auditors during SOX testing and annual audits. Partner with Finance, IT, Operations, HR, and other stakeholders to strengthen controls, improve compliance processes, report risks and control effectiveness to senior management, and support accounting operations.

Leads Kornit Digital’s global tax function, overseeing compliance, reporting, tax accounting, governance, transfer pricing, and international tax matters. Manages quarterly and annual US GAAP tax provisions under ASC 740, supports global business initiatives and reorganizations, monitors developments such as OECD Pillar Two, leads tax audits, and partners with Finance, Legal, Treasury, HR, and external advisors to improve tax processes and controls.

Lead global customer success strategy and teams to maximize product value, retention, and expansion. Drive operational efficiencies, KPIs, enablement programs, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and Engineering to grow revenue and customer advocacy.

Lead accounting and financial reporting activities for global subsidiaries, enforce accounting policies and controls, support audits, M&A due diligence and integration, liaise with treasury/tax/FP&A and external advisors to deliver accurate, timely US GAAP financials and managerial reports.

Lead the Roll-to-Roll (R2R) product lifecycle: define strategy and roadmap, gather market insights, translate requirements, drive cross-functional execution, enable sales, support pre-sales, and optimize product performance post-launch.

Lead product quality, reliability, and NPI readiness across manufacturing and field operations. Drive root-cause investigations, CAPA, ECO execution, performance dashboards, and cross-functional improvements to reduce failures and improve manufacturability, serviceability, and customer satisfaction.

Lead mechanical design and implementation of multidisciplinary textile printing systems from feasibility through product life cycles. Prepare drawings, specifications and work instructions; support manufacturing, assembly, testing, and product reliability. Participate in cross-functional teams and provide technical support to production and service groups.

Lead Kornit's FP&A function as strategic partner to the CFO: own AOP, long-term planning, and quarterly forecasts; lead FP&A team; deliver monthly reporting, variance analysis, financial models (planning, investment, LCC, M&A), costing and margin analysis; support earnings, Board and investor materials; drive finance systems, automation and BI/AI-enabled workflows; partner with Accounting and Operations to align planning with US GAAP actuals.
