Lead mechanical design and implementation of multidisciplinary textile printing systems from feasibility through product life cycles. Prepare drawings, specifications and work instructions; support manufacturing, assembly, testing, and product reliability. Participate in cross-functional teams and provide technical support to production and service groups.

Design and implement AI-driven automation workflows and integrations, build RAG pipelines and AI agents, develop tool-integration frameworks, collaborate with stakeholders, and monitor and improve AI system performance, security, and scalability.

Lead day-to-day operations for Ink and Printhead manufacturing, manage production teams, execute weekly work plans, ensure capacity and schedule targets, drive continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma, and collaborate with QA, Planning and Engineering to remove operational blockers.

Lead Kornit's FP&A function as strategic partner to the CFO: own AOP, long-term planning, and quarterly forecasts; lead FP&A team; deliver monthly reporting, variance analysis, financial models (planning, investment, LCC, M&A), costing and margin analysis; support earnings, Board and investor materials; drive finance systems, automation and BI/AI-enabled workflows; partner with Accounting and Operations to align planning with US GAAP actuals.

Lead regional product, solutions, and go-to-market strategy for the Americas. Drive NPI readiness, sales enablement, partner ecosystem development, lifecycle management, GTM execution, and demand generation to accelerate adoption of Kornit's digital textile printing solutions.

The Bookkeeper handles supplier invoices, reconciliations, and communications, participates in monthly closing processes, and resolves discrepancies.

Lead product quality, reliability, and NPI readiness across manufacturing and field operations. Drive root-cause investigations, CAPA, ECO execution, performance dashboards, and cross-functional improvements to reduce failures and improve manufacturability, serviceability, and customer satisfaction.

Lead system-level NPI transfers and manufacturing ramp-ups, design integration and test processes, troubleshoot multidisciplinary failures across mechanics, electronics, pneumatics and software, drive field support and ECOs, and implement continuous product and process improvements to boost reliability and production efficiency.
