We're now looking for an experienced operational leader to join us as our Director of Customer Deployment & Field Operations. 

About the Role 

Reporting to the Regional Executive General Manager, you'll lead the end-to-end customer deployment lifecycle, ensuring customers move seamlessly from order fulfilment through to successful installation and activation. 

You'll provide strategic and operational leadership across field operations, service delivery, warehousing and logistics, inventory management, installation operations, third-party delivery partners, and health and safety. 

This is a key leadership role focused on building scalable operations, developing high-performing teams and delivering exceptional customer experience. 

What You'll Be Doing 

• Lead and develop high-performing operational and field teams. 

• Drive service delivery, installation and deployment performance. 

• Strengthen contractor and delivery partner capability and standards. 

• Improve operational efficiency through data and continuous improvement. 

• Champion health, safety and quality across field operations. 

• Partner with leaders across Sales, Customer and Product teams. 

• Deliver exceptional customer outcomes at scale. 

What You'll Bring 

We're looking for a proven operational leader with experience in field operations, service delivery, deployment, logistics or fulfilment environments. 

• Experience leading large, customer-facing operational teams 

• Proven ability to design and run large-scale field operations, including hardware installation and on-site execution in complex distributed environments. 

• Strong capability in operational planning, execution and continuous improvement 

• Experience managing third-party contractors and delivery partners 

• Knowledge of logistics, warehousing and fulfilment operations 

• A strong focus on customer outcomes and operational excellence 

• Proven health and safety leadership experience 

• Confident communicator who is able to influence stakeholders and lead through change
