What you’ll achieve
As a Director of CSG market commodity planning , you will be responsible for digital transformation and driving commodity forecasting . You will work with Global cross functional teams.
You will:
Digitally savvy and able to lead team to apply cutting edge principles, theories, concepts, and technologies that are based upon industry best practices
Clearly understands Dell's short and long-term business goals and strategic objectives, and ability to drive alignment of group direction with those objectives. Demonstrating strong communication and presentation skills to articulate requirements, project plan & progress against that plan
In partnership with the vice president drives the vision for Global CSG Market commodity Planning organization
Collaborating with stakeholders on business assumptions that impact supply chain planning. Evaluating market, commodity, product, and platform dynamics that may impact the CSG planning organization
Driving business strategy and/or sales for new growth areas for server demand planning. Development and execution of a project plan to develop and deploy new capabilities for server planning.

Essential Requirements
15+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience Typically requires 7+ years diversified leadership, planning, communication, organization
Demonstrated work experience in Commodity planning, Procurement , Sales planning and/or Production planning
Demonstrated ability to lead through transformation change while influencing stakeholders internally and externally
Effective influencing, executive communications and presentation skills
Demonstrated organizational ability
Desirable Requirements
Undergraduate degree required. MBA is preferred.
