Your role in our future
Director of Demand Generation Content to lead strategy, development, and execution of global campaigns. Craft compelling content for SMB and Enterprise segments to align with Quadient’s marketing goals and campaign objectives. Collaborate cross-functionally to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth.
- Develop and own content strategy for demand generation campaigns.
- Create high-quality content (whitepapers, eBooks, blogs, case studies, videos) for buyer journey stages.
- Collaborate with campaign managers for content alignment.
- Partner with Regional Marketing for global market resonance.
- Optimize content using SEO, analytics, and buyer persona insights.
- Manage content calendar for campaign integration.
- Monitor and report on content performance metrics.
- Lead and mentor content team.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies.
Your profile
- 8+ years in content marketing, preferably SaaS, enterprise, or B2B.
- Proven success in global demand generation content strategies.
- Strong understanding of buyer journey content roles.
- Exceptional storytelling, writing, and editing skills.
- Proficiency in content analytics and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
- Knowledge of localization practices (e.g., Smartling) a plus.
- Demonstrated team leadership skills.

This position has a salary range of:
$143,800.00 - $215,800.00
Quadient, Inc. has standard ranges for all U.S. - based roles, based on function, level, and scope, which are benchmarked against companies of similar size and growth-stage. To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share these targets on all job postings. Final salary offers are determined by multiple factors, which may include (but are not limited to) geographic location and candidate experience and expertise. As such, they may vary from the ranges listed.
