Qualifications/Skills:
- A minimum of 12 years’ working experiences including 3-5 years being a compliance BP
- Experience in private practice and MNC pharmaceutical company preferred
- Solid management skills and an ability to work closely with internal and external stakeholders
- Proactive, well-organized and professional, with an ability to prioritize work and exercise good judgment
- Excellent communication and drafting skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on detail
- Speaking and writing Mandarin and English is a must
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese(Mandarin) are required.
Areas of Responsibility:
Under the supervision of Head of Legal & Compliance, China, the position will lead a team of 2 members and should have the following responsibilities:
• Compliance partnering: leading a compliance COE team and proactively partnering with Legal & Compliance BP in compliance risk assessments and discussions
• Compliance programs and policies: actively thinking about continual improvement and development of the existing compliance programs, familiar with the company’s global compliance policies and programs, ensuring full consistency in terms of the policy localization in Organon China
• Compliance initiatives and projects: working on new compliance programs and designing new control and monitoring measures for new business activities and practices
• Monthly Compliance Committee Meeting: collecting meeting topics and creating its agenda accordingly, taking meeting minutes, and ensuring and tracking the follow-up actions in a timely manner
• Compliance trainings: preparing tailor made training materials targeting different internal clients and conducting necessary trainings accordingly, properly tracking all relevant records
• Investigation: participating in internal investigations, including data analysis, document review and interviews; coordinating external government enquiries/investigations
• Team management: leading the compliance COE team including coaching and people development, supporting Head of Legal and Compliance, China in daily business
• Other compliance related issues and work upon requests
