Collaboration. Authenticity. Connection. Balance.
At Cohere, we believe community is the most valuable amenity.
We do more than manage communities—we help create places where people connect, belong, and thrive. By partnering with some of the nation's most innovative master-planned communities, we create places residents are proud to call home and where meaningful relationships flourish.
We're looking for a Director of Community Operations to join our team at Verrado, one of Arizona's premier master-planned communities.
Nestled at the base of the White Tank Mountains, Verrado is known for its distinctive neighborhoods, vibrant Main Street district, extensive trail system, and strong sense of community. Home to thousands of residents and supported by a robust network of amenities, programs, and volunteer leaders, Verrado offers a unique opportunity to help shape the experience of one of the Southwest's most respected communities.
In this role, you'll provide operational leadership for community governance, compliance, design review, financial stewardship, vendor management, and community standards while serving as a trusted partner to the Board of Directors, residents, stakeholders, and community partners.
This is an opportunity to lead a high-performing team, influence the future of a large-scale master-planned community, and make a lasting impact through operational excellence, strategic leadership, and community stewardship.
If you're someone who enjoys leading teams, solving complex challenges, building relationships, and delivering exceptional community experiences, we'd love to meet you.
