About the Role:

Commercial PC Segments organization is looking for an experienced industry leader to drive our workstation business. In this role, the segment director will ensure the success for our customers and partners with their segment teams. This role will be responsible for driving end-to-end workstation business strategy across segments and verticals that workstations serve - including partnership with key workstation points of contact at OEMs, Partners (like system integrators, service providers, IT departments etc.) and End Customers. The role will represent Intel in various public facing events related to workstation products and partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Define outside in customer and market requirements.
  • Drive product and platform requirements upstream with internal partners (MRD, architecture, engineering, software, ecosystem and product management)
  • Partner with OEMs, Partners, End Customers, etc. to deliver leadership workstation products and experiences.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Industry leadership level understanding of PC market, key customers and partners, performance and benchmarks, trends.
  • Proven track record of setting winning strategies, and ability to drive growth and scale.
  • Demonstrated success and influence in a matrixed environment and role model give help/get help
  • Exceptional collaboration skills and deep experience working across a matrixed organization.
    Strong results orientation and role model of execution excellence
  • Executive level communication internally and externally with ability to simplify key messages
  • Effective decision maker
  • Ability to motivate and drive toward a high-performing organization

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering or another relevant field (Masters preferred)
  • 15 + years of experience in PC industry and ecosystem knowledge (OEMs, OSVs, ISVs, IHVs)

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $196,440.00-277,330.00 USD

The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
