We are now looking for Director, Commercial Legal supporting strategic commercial transactions.
What you'll be doing:
In this role, you will:
Draft, negotiate and advise the business on inbound contracts, cloud computing, software licensing, data licensing, monetized services and other strategic commercial transactions.
Lead complex negotiations with suppliers, partners and customers, and interact with companies of all sizes and in a diverse set of industries.
Create contract policies, templates and playbooks in close coordination with NVIDIA business partners and help NVIDIA Legal adopt AI tools.
Work with cross-functional and global NVIDIA teams to develop and implement key initiatives and share best practices.
What we need to see:
10 or more years of experience supporting complex software, cloud and technology transactions.
Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited U.S. school.
Admitted to the bar and in good standing in the jurisdiction of hire, or otherwise authorized to practice law (e.g., have registered in-house status).
Trusted advisor and respected colleague with sound judgment, persuasive communication skills and an ability to concisely synthesis the complex.
Ability to navigate complex legal issues and provide actionable advice covering a broad range of interdependent issues.
4+ years of leadership experience.
Self-starter who excels at prioritizing tasks and working both collaboratively and independently.
Demonstrated history of effectively and efficiently delivering impactful results and managing projects.

The base salary range is 304,000 USD - 460,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
