Role Overview

The Director of Clinical is Videa’s clinical voice with customers, prospects and partners. This person brings chairside credibility to every stage of the customer relationship, partnering with Sales to help new dental groups see how Videa fits into real clinical workflows, and with Customer Success to deepen trust and adoption with the clinical leaders already using our platform.

Reporting to the VP of Enterprise & Growth and working closely with the CEO and leadership team, this role connects what clinicians need with how Videa sells, supports, and builds its products. It is a highly visible seat in a growing GTM organization, with a path to lead the clinical side of the business over time.

Partner with Sales to bring clinical expertise to conversations with DSOs and dental groups, helping clinicians and executives understand the value of Videa’s AI platform in day-to-day care

  • Lead clinical discussions with DSO clinical leaders, doctors, and hygienists, answering technical and clinical questions with credibility

  • Shape Videa’s clinical messaging so every claim holds up chairside

  • Support deal strategy by identifying clinical champions and addressing concerns early in the process

Build trusted relationships with clinical leaders across Videa’s DSO partners and support long-term adoption and expansion

  • Serve as the clinical counterpart to Chief Dental Officers and clinical leadership at strategic accounts

  • Bring clinical perspective to executive business reviews and expansion conversations

Product Partnership

Act as the clinical filter between customers and Product

  • Translate customer and clinician feedback into clear, prioritized insights for the Product team

  • Separate scalable patterns from one-off requests, and explain why they matter

  • Contribute clinical perspective to product direction and new feature development

Clinical Voice in the Market

Grow Videa’s presence and credibility in the dental community, in partnership with Marketing

  • Represent Videa at conferences, CE events, and industry gatherings

  • Create clinical content for LinkedIn, webinars, and speaking opportunities

  • Build relationships with key opinion leaders across the dental community

What We’re Looking For

  • DDS or DMD with meaningful chairside experience, having practiced within roughly the last 15 years (active license not required)

  • Experience in a customer-facing or commercial role since leaving practice, such as DSO clinical leadership, clinical affairs or education at a dental company, or a dental or health tech company

  • A track record of supporting sales or customer conversations and helping move deals forward

  • Executive presence with DSO leadership and credibility with skeptical clinicians

  • Strong product instincts and the judgment to prioritize what matters

  • Comfortable traveling up to 25% of the time

  • Bonus: established relationships with DSO clinical leaders, a CE or speaking presence, or experience with dental AI, imaging, or practice management software

What It Is Like to Work Here

We win and lose together as one team. Collaboration is not a buzzword here. We share context early, ask for input, and step in to help when someone is stuck.

We hold a high bar, but we stay grounded. We move fast, learn as we go, and stay focused on what matters most for clinicians and patients.

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation and meaningful equity

  • Unlimited PTO

  • 100 percent company-paid dental and vision coverage

  • Healthcare Strength — Company materials highlight 100% employer-paid dental and vision plus employer contributions to medical coverage. This emphasis points to strong support in core health benefits.
