Conduct high-volume outbound calls, emails, and text outreach to dental practices and DSOs. Partner with the VP of People on experiments and initiatives while gathering employee feedback and improving the overall employee experience.

Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of dental revenue cycle management products. Translate dental insurance rules, CDT coding, eligibility, claims, and payer integrations into scalable software that reduces denials, accelerates reimbursement, and automates workflows. Responsibilities include prioritizing the RCM roadmap, prototyping with AI tools, validating concepts with users, assessing technical feasibility, and partnering on integrations and co-development. The role requires data-driven product management experience and familiarity with SaaS, healthcare, revenue cycle, or regulated environments.

Own and grow Videa’s channel partner ecosystem by sourcing, signing, activating, and commercializing referral, reseller, and integration partners. Build partner-specific commercial plans, forecasts, bundled go-to-market packages, enablement materials, and performance frameworks. Generate partner-sourced pipeline, collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and RevOps, and lead a small team while remaining hands-on in partner development and management.

Build and ship full-stack customer-facing software for dental practices, insurance partners, and healthcare workflows. Responsibilities include developing reusable React components, writing automated tests with Jest and Puppeteer, improving application performance and data integrity, advancing deployment automation, and integrating with internal and external technologies. The role collaborates closely with software, machine learning, clinical, and operational teams to develop scalable platform capabilities.

Own strategic enterprise DSO customer relationships, driving retention, adoption, expansion, executive engagement, and account strategy. Lead cross-functional programs involving Product, Engineering, Clinical, Finance, and executives to deliver contractual commitments.
