Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (with leadership on-call responsibilities)

What You’ll Do
As the Director of Clinical Services (Therapy Focused), you will lead the therapy department and ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care. You will:
- Oversee therapy services, including individual, group, and family therapy programs.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate therapists, case managers, and clinical support staff.
- Ensure compliance with clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement therapeutic programming that supports recovery and patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with medical and nursing leadership to ensure an integrated care approach.
- Provide clinical oversight, training, and professional development opportunities for therapists.
- Monitor documentation, treatment planning, and utilization review to ensure quality and efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field required.
- Independent clinical licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) required.
- 3+ years of experience in behavioral health therapy, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong background in psychiatric and substance use disorder treatment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Must be 21 years or older.
