You will collaborate closely with underwriting, medical management, reinsurance, and executive leadership to ensure high-quality claim outcomes, effective risk management, and exceptional service to our customers.
You will lead regional claims operations by directing claim assignments, conducting quality reviews and audits, overseeing aggregate claim administration, monitoring reserve and settlement authority compliance, and supporting the professional growth of claims staff. Your expertise will help drive operational excellence, maintain strong broker and client relationships, and contribute to the continued success of Safety National’s Workers’ Compensation Claims organization.
