We are looking for a Director of CEM Business and Cost Management to join our Santa Clara, CA team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing global CEM cost and drive supplier performance. What you’ll be doing:
In your role as Director of Global CEM Business and Cost Management Organization, you will guide NVIDIA's global cost management strategy. You will negotiate key manufacturing investment frameworks and develop cost models that scale to support our growth goals. Collaborating with various teams, you will advance CEM strategy and ensure CEM partners deliver required performance, capacity, investment alignment, and operational excellence for NVIDIA's complex product range. You will also lead supplier performance governance globally, coordinate cost competitiveness across CEM categories, and work with senior partners across Engineering, Operations, and Finance. This position is vital for creating reliable, agile, and scalable supply chains to back NVIDIA's industry-leading product cycles and SOL schedules.
Take charge of the worldwide cost management approach across CEM categories, covering product cost structure, CM pricing, transformation cost, NRE, and liability management.
Lead major investment negotiations and funding models (e.g., factory expansions, line builds, automation, and remanufacturing infrastructure).
Develop and institutionalize global end-to-end cost models, benchmarks, and analytics used across business units and Finance to guide long-term planning.
Drive competitive cost structures by identifying strategic leverage, leading RFQ processes, and ensuring consistent cost governance across global CEM sites.
Direct global supplier performance management, ensuring alignment to critical metrics for quality, delivery, capacity, responsiveness, and cost.
Partner closely with Engineering, Program Management, Finance, and Business Units to ensure that CEM decisions support product roadmaps and cost/performance targets.
Coordinate supplier selection and alternative sourcing assessments for new programs.
Collaborate with cross-functional groups to assess CEM capacity, scalability, and investment requirements to guarantee global alignment with NVIDIA's growth roadmap.
What we need to see:
15+ overall years supply chain and high-tech industry experience or related field and 8+ years of leadership experience
Extensive Supply Chain Operations leadership experience building and engaging global ODM, JDM, and CEM partners
BA/BS (Masters preferred) or equivalent experience
Expertise in leading multiple supply chain management functions
Outstanding negotiation skills and in executive supplier management
Great communication and influencing skills working with engineering, finance, business units, and other supply chain functions
High degree of integrity, initiative, and attention to detail

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 240,000 USD - 379,500 USD.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
