We are seeking a AI & Technology Transformation Director to join KPMG's Technology Transformation practice in Israel.

In this role, you will partner with senior executives to shape and lead complex business and technology transformation initiatives. You will help organizations translate strategy into execution, improve organizational performance, and drive large-scale change across public and private sector organizations.

You will play a key role in leading client engagements, developing strategic relationships, driving business growth, and supporting the continued expansion of the Technology Transformation practice.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex AI and technology transformation programs across public and private sector clients.
  • Advise C-level executives on transformation strategy, operating models, organizational effectiveness, and technology-enabled change.
  • Translate strategic objectives into operating models, execution roadmaps, KPIs, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Own strategic engagements from design through execution and value realization.
  • Lead multidisciplinary consulting and delivery teams.
  • Drive business development, proposal development, and client growth initiatives.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the Technology Transformation practice.
  • Serve as second-in-command for the Technology Transformation practice.
Requirements
  • 10-15+ years of experience in management consulting, AI transformation, technology transformation, strategy execution, or enterprise-wide change programs.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale transformation programs with budgets of tens of millions of NIS.
  • Strong experience translating business strategy into operating models, business processes, governance frameworks, and execution plans.
  • Demonstrated expertise in business transformation, organizational effectiveness, operational excellence, and technology-enabled change.
  • Experience leading consulting teams and multidisciplinary delivery teams.
  • Proven ability to advise and work directly with CEOs, CFOs, CIOs, and other senior executives.
  • Experience developing proposals, winning new engagements, and managing commercial aspects of consulting projects.
  • Strong business acumen, stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills.
  • Fluent Hebrew and English.
