The Role

Job Description:
Reporting to the VP, Digital Marketing, this person will play a pivotal role in driving B2C and SMB customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value through strategic lifecycle marketing initiatives. Using your expertise in data-driven marketing strategies and customer journey optimization, this position will be responsible for developing and implementing campaigns aimed at cultivating retention, enhancing the customer experience, and boosting revenue growth via personalized communications. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, using insights for effective campaigns and targeted discount strategies to improve customer retention and achieve growth across KPIs.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive lifecycle marketing and discount strategies across various customer stages and personas to enhance customer engagement, retention, lifetime value and win-back.
  • Lead the planning, implementation, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns across email and other relevant channels.
  • Use customer segmentation, data analyses, and employ A/B testing to deliver personalized and targeted communications throughout the customer journey.
  • Define key performance metrics and develop reporting mechanisms to track the effectiveness of lifecycle marketing campaigns and track measurement through each customer touchpoint.
  • Partner with Analytics, MarTech and Ops, and Product Marketing team to amplify customer communication and experience.
  • Responsible for the development of creative briefs and campaign proofing customer segmentation version matrices to communicate end-to-end campaign requirements to the Creative and CRM Ops teams.
  • Work closely with the core marketing teams - Creative, Site & Optimization, Media, Martech & Ops and External Communications - to ensure lifecycle strategies fall in line within integrated campaigns.


Experience you'll bring:

  • Two or more (2+) years leading teams.
  • Three or more (3+) years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience.
  • Experience targeting enterprise tech leaders.


Requirements:

  • A successful track record in developing and driving successful lifecycle marketing campaigns, while also able to drive retention and enhance customer experience through intentional planning and seamless execution.
  • An extraordinarily strategic problem solver and communicator with an inquisitive mind that is able to be both in the details and at a high level.
  • Strong analytical skills and can translate data and insights into actionable strategies and initiatives.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo) and customer data platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
