Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the AI product vision, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
- Identify opportunities to apply AI/ML to enhance automation, predictive analytics, and efficiency.
- Stay ahead of AI trends and innovations to inform strategy and execution.
- Drive thought leadership and influence AI adoption across the organization.
- Lead execution of AI initiatives from ideation to deployment, ensuring seamless integration into products.
- Develop and maintain an AI product roadmap prioritizing business impact and technical feasibility.
- Partner with data science and engineering teams to refine AI models and deliver scalable solutions.
- Define KPIs to measure and optimize AI-driven features and models.
- Act as the bridge between business, engineering, and AI/ML teams to align strategy and execution.
- Work closely with UX/UI teams to ensure AI-driven solutions provide intuitive and engaging experiences.
- Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to drive AI product adoption and growth.
- Leverage analytics and customer insights to refine AI models and optimize performance.
- Define and prioritize AI experiments to drive continuous learning and improvement.
- Establish and enforce ethical AI standards, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR, HIPAA).
- Proactively monitor and mitigate AI model bias to ensure responsible and inclusive outcomes.
Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of product management experience with a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience designing, implementing, and managing AI/ML solutions.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and infrastructure (cloud/on-prem).
- Proven track record of launching AI-driven products from concept to market.
- Experience collaborating with data science, machine learning, and engineering teams.
- Expertise in data privacy, particularly for highly regulated industries.
- Experience with AI/ML platforms such as Azure AI, Amazon SageMaker, Google Cloud AI, IBM Watson, Databricks, H2O.ai, or Snowflake.
- Understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong background in working with large-scale, structured, and unstructured data.
- Dynamic leader who thrives in ambiguity, turning AI challenges into strategic opportunities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive innovation and impact.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to ensure alignment across teams.
- Comfortable discussing AI topics, presenting at events, and engaging with customers.
