Role & responsibilities

Lead a team of data engineers to deliver high-quality data solutions.

Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture for IT Data, aligning it with business

strategy

Define architectural patterns, standards, and best practices for IT data .

Lead the design and implementation of complex IT Data solution powered by AI & Gen

AI solutions.

Design and implement scalable data architectures that can handle large volumes of dat

Drive practice to leverage cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) to build and deploy data

solutions.

Collaborate with security teams to maintain compliance with industry standards

Develop and optimize machine learning pipelines for real-time and batch processing.

Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand their data requirements.

Build data pipelines that clean, transform, and aggregate data from disparate sources

Develop models/intelligent solutions that can be used to make predictions and answer

questions for the overall business

Interpret trends and patterns in IT data

Conduct complex data analysis and report on results

Prepare data for prescriptive and predictive modelling

Explore ways to enhance data quality and reliability.

Help in building pipeline for business growth in Data engineering space.

Govern the function and maintain the KPI for the function.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 15 years of IT Operation (Apps/Infra operations) experience

Expertise in data engineering tools and frameworks like Apache Spark, Kafka,

Airflow.

Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native data

technologies.

Knowledge of data warehousing and data lake concepts.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Should have working knowledge on IT domain technologies such as Compute,

Network, Database, Backup Storage, Cloud & Applications.

Ability to think strategically and translate business needs into technical

solutions

Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent communication skills with an ability to explain concepts and solutions

clearly and concisely

Experience in handling Client discussions (Demo / Presentation) to identify the

problem statements / finding opportunities and provide solution.

Expert in Automation & AI technologies to provide guidance to team.

Significant experience in a leadership or management role, demonstrating

strong team leadership and mentoring skills.
