We are bringing three EMEA programmes under one leader: Agentic AI Platform GTM, Enterprise ISV and Cloud GTM, and ISV Infrastructure GTM. Our work connects open models, regulated software hardening, confidential computing, enterprise ISVs, cloud routes, global ISV promote-and-scale, and infrastructure ISVs into one path to adoption, so our partners and the customers they serve can put agentic AI into production.
What you'll be doing
Lead our EMEA go-to-market strategy and rhythm across Agentic AI Platform, Open Models and Nemotron, supervised software hardening, confidential computing and cybersecurity, Enterprise ISV and Cloud GTM, Global ISV promote-and-scale, and ISV Infrastructure GTM.
Compose how we prioritise partners and workloads across enterprise ISVs, cloud routes, infrastructure ISVs, MLOps partners, data and platform partners, OEMs, cloud providers, GSIs, and solution advisors.
Build executive relationships with strategic enterprise ISVs, infrastructure ISVs, cloud partners, GSIs, OEMs, and priority customers.
Mentor our leaders and senior individual contributors across agentic AI platform GTM, open models, supervised industries, confidential computing, enterprise ISV and cloud GTM, and infrastructure ISV work.
What we need to see
Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
15+ overall years in enterprise software, ecosystem GTM, cloud, AI platform, ISV alliances, technical sales, or platform leadership, including 10+ or more years leading teams.
Experience guiding partner-led software revenue programmes across enterprise ISVs, infrastructure ISVs, cloud providers, GSIs, OEMs, marketplaces, or enterprise platform ecosystems.
Strong understanding of agentic AI, open models, AI Factory architecture, AI infrastructure, MLOps, data platforms, cloud marketplaces, and enterprise deployment patterns.
Deep knowledge of leading open and open-weight models such as Kimi K3, GLM 5.2, DeepSeek, MiniMax, Qwen, and Mistral, and how open and sovereign models create partner and workload opportunities.
Commercial judgement across partner business plans, pipeline reviews, co-sell, marketplace routes, proof-of-value governance, and promote-and-scale execution.
Credibility with customers, partners, regional leadership, and global product and field stakeholders.
Ability to simplify a broad ecosystem into clear priorities, named owners, repeatable field plays, and measurable software uptake.
