Summary:

Defines and leads GEICO's strategy for engaging independent agency partners to drive quoting and production. Builds and leads a team to execute this strategy, and serves as a strategic advisor to sales and business leadership on partner engagement priorities and performance.

Key responsibilities:

  • Defines and leads GEICO's partner engagement strategy, establishing the operating model, technologies, and measurement frameworks needed to drive quoting at scale across both broad reach and assigned-resource agencies

  • Builds and leads a team to execute personalized digital communications, content, and campaign journeys tailored to agency segment and behavior

  • Partners with sales leadership and channel management to segment agencies and prioritize engagement investment

  • Owns measurement and reporting frameworks connecting communication activity to quoting and production outcomes

  • Serves as strategic advisor to senior leadership on partner engagement priorities, performance trends, and market dynamics

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field

  • 10 years' experience in a communications, marketing, or public relations management role

  • Exceptional writing skills
