We are seeking a driven and experienced Director of Agency Partnerships to help develop and execute a strategic partnership program that drives growth through our agency network. In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of our agency partnerships, from strategy development to partner activation and ongoing success. You will leverage your expertise in the advertising industry and strong relationship-building skills to cultivate collaboration with agencies, fostering integrated solutions that benefit both our company and their clients.

:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive agency partnership strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives, with a specific focus on bridging the gap between media and creative teams

  • Identify, cultivate and maintain relationships with agency partners across the industry in the US; represent Vidmob at industry events and conferences to build awareness and attract new partners

  • Help agencies develop more integrated solutions that bring together media and creative services, with the aim of improving overall effectiveness and ROI for clients

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the agency partners to ensure their success in integrating and promoting Vidmob solutions to their clients

  • Collaborate with the VP, Agency Partnerships, Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies with agency partners

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that our partnership programs are aligned with our product development roadmap, and that the needs of our agency partners are being met

  • Analyze and report on the performance of our agency partners, and use insights to continually optimize our partnership program

:

  • 7+ years of experience in agency partnerships, business development, or channel management within advertising

  • Strong understanding of agency dynamics and the media & creative landscape

  • Proven track record of building and managing successful agency partnerships that deliver results

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build rapport with senior agency leadership

  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision making

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Compensation Range: $170K - $200K
