ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS- Direct and oversee administrative services departments and functions including Concierge/Guest Services, Security, and IT to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Lead and/or support resident-focused initiatives including but not limited to technology support, accessibility improvements, communication platforms, and resource materials.
- Build reputation, branding, and community culture through engagement strategies and service enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company protocols. Implement and oversee training.
- Manage or support projects related to IT, security, plant, and operational infrastructure.
- Participate in budgeting and planning processes as directed.
- Oversee vendor relationships and conduct business reviews to ensure alignment with financial, contractual, and operational expectations.
- Maintain inventory, accurate records, reporting systems, and documentation across areas of responsibility.
- Organize and contribute to events, programs, and initiatives that enhance community culture and engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5–7+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, administrative services, or a related field.
- Experience overseeing multi-functional teams (e.g., customer service, security, IT, or facilities support).
- Demonstrated experience with vendor management, budgeting, and contract negotiation.
- Strong project management and systems implementation experience.
- Ability to anticipate needs, align resources, and execute long-term initiatives.
- Strong focus on efficiency, process improvement, and service quality.
- Proven ability to build, mentor, and retain high-performing teams.
- Deep commitment to resident satisfaction and service excellence.
- Skilled in budgeting, cost control, and vendor negotiations.
