Director of Accounts Payable

As Uline grows, we’re looking for a Director of Accounts Payable to lead and strengthen Corporate AP operations for our privately held company.
You’ll lead and develop a high-performing team while improving AP processes, financial controls and operational performance. Use your expertise to drive accuracy, efficiency and long-term success across the business.
Position Responsibilities
Direct Corporate Accounts Payable operations for Uline, shaping strategy that supports accurate, efficient invoice processing and meets business goals.
Develop and mentor a high-performing AP leadership team, building bench strength and elevating performance.
Lead process improvement and automation initiatives that enhance efficiency, increase accuracy and strengthen internal controls.
Partner with Finance, IT and business leaders to maintain strong vendor relationships and implement process improvements that support business growth.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
10+ years in Accounts Payable with 7+ years of proven leadership experience.
Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
