Job Responsibilities:

  • Leads global, multi‑tower operations for 1000+ FTEs, driving strategic execution, performance stability, and resource optimization across delivery locations.

  • Spearheads digital transformation initiatives—including automation, AI, analytics, and ERP modernization—to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

  • Manages end‑to‑end financial governance, ensuring commercial discipline, profitability, and strong executive‑level client partnerships while supporting business growth.

  • Builds organizational capability by developing leaders, strengthening succession pipelines, and fostering a high‑performance culture focused on accountability and innovation.

  •  Ensures smooth functioning by overseeing operations & teams.

  • Participates in organizational initiatives and discussions for growth and development.

  • Ensures optimal staffing and spearheads recruitment and training strategies.

  • Works closely with the leadership to develop and implement strategy to achieve departmental objectives and targets.

  • Oversees financial functions for the team and drives financial efficiency for the team.

  • Supports business development by participating in business development initiatives and discussions with internal stakeholders and clients.

  • Represents team in leadership and client meetings.
