- Own the accuracy and quality of campaign set up, troubleshooting and delivery against our revenue targets.
- Ownership and accountability for the set up and management of our incentive programmes. Ensuring your team are correctly following processes and procedures, the detail sits with you and your team for correct implementation.
- Partner closely with the Technical Account Management team on the set up, launch, and scaling of new agency partnerships, particularly Marketplaces, as well as on the ongoing success of these.
- Lead from the front commercially, spending meaningful time in market to personally drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities alongside your team, leading by example and coaching and developing their ability to do the same.
- Build and maintain senior relationships with key agency and marketer stakeholders, and coach the team to develop the same commercial instincts.
